Hey guys, I've been living in Savannah Ga. since 2002. Savannah a really beautiful Civil War era city. Scenes from several movies have been shot here such as Forrest Gump. The scene of Forrest waiting for the bus eating his candy was filmed at one of the many city parks in the historic district. Savannah has a really nice beach and River Street is full of bars and craft shops. There is even a candy factory. There are usually a few local street performers on the weekends. We have a very well known art college in town (SCAD) that brings in kids from all over the world and they put on several ethnic festivals and movie premieres. I drive for USXpress delivering for $-Tree stores in the southeast. I also have a few rentals that keep me busy but not necessarily out of trouble. I am still celebrating over 20 years of blissful divorce hood. I started scuba diving a couple of years ago, man is that an incredible thing to do. There is nothing more peaceful and relaxing then letting the tide carry you along a coral reef watching the fish, and getting to see an 8-10' shark. My first dive in Palm Beach was the most thrilling. I get to spend a couple of months each summer in Columbus, mostly so I can beat up on my nephew (17) and niece (14), Dave's kids..Dave lives off of Sawmill road and the folks are still going strong in Marysville..CYA@ the 50th bash.
